Questions about the process
How long does a project take?
A single workflow usually takes one to three weeks from approved quote to go-live. Larger programs are delivered in stages so you get value early.
What do you need from us?
An hour or two of your time for the map, access to the relevant accounts (we use delegated or admin-created logins, never your personal password), and a few real examples to test with.
What if an app changes and breaks something?
Error alerts go to a person, and the docs explain how each step works. On a care plan, we fix it. Without one, we quote fixes as they come up.
Do you work in person?
Mostly remotely. For businesses in the Colorado Springs area we can meet in person for the mapping session.
