Projects
Every project is governed by a written quote or agreement that sets out scope, price, timeline and responsibilities. If that document conflicts with these terms, the document wins.
Third-party tools
Automations run on third-party services such as Zapier, Make, n8n, AI model providers and your CRM. Those services are billed to you and governed by their own terms. We're not responsible for their outages or changes, though we'll help you respond to them.

Product names are trademarks of their owners. We're not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any project is limited to the fees you paid for that project.
