What affects the price?
The number of steps and tools, how messy the inputs are, how much AI is involved, and how much testing the risk calls for.
Are software subscriptions included?
No. Zapier, Make, n8n, AI model and CRM subscriptions are billed to you directly by the vendor, so you always own the accounts. We'll estimate those costs in the quote.
Do you guarantee savings?
No. We'll estimate time saved from your own numbers, but we won't promise a figure before we've seen how the work really happens.
